Horsforth G.C. will be the venue for this years Mel Smart Memorial.

Horsforth is a well presented course which offers viewings of dodgy landings at Leeds & Bradford Airport. Indeed, some entertainment if your golf isn’t quite as good as you’d hoped. It’s a course that sits high on the hill and often requires good ball control in the winds that swirl around the area. Some sound advice from the members is not to got left off the tee otherwise you will almost certainly be reloading! 

Our visit will see us meet at 11 O’clock for a chin wag over a bacon sandwich with teas & coffee’s before we head out to play for the Mel Smart Memorial trophy. The first tee is reserved from 1200 and will be a medal competition over 18 holes.

The total cost for the day will be £31 for non Horsforth members and £6 for Members plus £5 sweep on the day.
